Getting a permit of discharging wastewater into water sources (WWTS_Vietnam)

The objects must making a dossier to get the permit of discharging wastewater into water sources:

Production - Trading - Services enterprises, industrial zones, residential areas, urban areas, factories, hospitals, hotels, workshops... that discharge wastewater to the water sources.

The description of works:

^_■		Surveying, collecting the datas about the production technology of the enterprises.
^_■		Defining the pollution arising sources of the project such as: air waste, wastewater, solid waste, noise. Defining all kinds of waste that arise during the construction & operation phases of the project.

^_■		Assessment of impact level of pollution sources from project activity to natural resource & environmental factors.
^_■		Defining the consumption need of water supply & volume of discharging wastewater.
^_■		Defining the specific characteristics of wastewater sources, existing wastewater treatment plant.
^_■		Taking samples of influent & effluent wastewater of the factory and analyzing at the LAB.
^_■		Descripton of wastewater treatment project: waste discharging modality, waste discharging regime, waste discharging volume...
^_■		Aproaching, collecting, statistic, sampling of wastewater, description of neighbour enterprises that have the same receiving source of discharging wastewater (inside the radius of 1km to the waste dischargin source).
^_■		Defining the specific characteristics of reciving source of wastewater (river, stream, canal, ditch that recives wastewater): hydrography regime.
^_■		Assessment of activities concerning receiving sources: features of nature, economy & society.
^_■		Taking samples of wastewater canal, ditch (the direct receiving sources) at the different locations then analyze at the LAB.
^_■		Taking samples at the river (the end receiving source) at the different locations and according to the hydrography of water stream then analyze at the LAB.
^_■		Assessment of quality, receiving ability of wastewater receiving sources.
^_■		Impact assessment of enterprise wastewater discharge to the water sources.
^_■		Making a map at the location of wastewater discharge to the water sources with the scale of 1/10.000.
^_■		Making a diagrams for surveying, sampling.
^_■		Organization of assembly for apprasing & approving the wastewater discharging project.
