Recently the domestic wastewater from residential areas mostly is treated by anaerobic digestion via septic tanks. But this step of treatment is still not sufficient, so the treated wastewater quality still not meets the current standard yet. Visually, treated wastewater looks yellow and emitting bad odor, it affect critically living condition and receiving surface water resources.
In conclusion, the large scale residential areas have to be build up wastewater treatment station !
